“Stream” Northmead Construction Update February 2025

IREF I is an equity fund dedicated to developing high-quality industrial corporate parks tailored to SMEs, featuring industrial strata, warehouses, and storage units. This asset class has historically been overlooked as major industrial players focus on large-scale assets, presenting a unique opportunity for value creation.

Early works at the site are progressing well and are on track to complete in Q1-2025, with bulk excavation nearly complete and structural shoring significantly advanced. Following completion of the early works, the main construction works will commence with a program of 15 months.
